FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


1. How many guests does your space accommodate?

Since Bramble Tree Estate is an outdoor venue sitting on over 11 acres, we do not technically have a maximum capacity. While most of our weddings tend to have under 200 guests, we can comfortably accommodate up to 350 guests if needed with ample on-site parking available.


2. Do you offer an all-inclusive package?

We have 2 packages our couples may choose from: a DIY package and an all-inclusive package. For more information about our all-inclusive package, please reach out and let us know you are interested — we would be happy to forward you the information.


3. What is included in the DIY package?

When you book your wedding here using our DIY package, the following is included:

  • Venue Coordinator/Manager

  • One hour rehearsal

  • Day of access to Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite beginning at 11 am

  • Exclusive use of property grounds including ceremony, cocktail, and reception spaces

  • Restrooms

  • Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests with set-up included

  • Access to our inventory of arbors, arches, and decor

  • Ample on-site parking with day-of parking attendant

  • Complimentary Wifi throughout property

  • Additional 2 hours scheduled time for photo shoot


4. Can we host our rehearsal the night before the event?


We make all efforts to accommodate rehearsals, but they are not guaranteed for the day before your event unless prior arrangement has been made. We suggest consulting us as soon as booking your date in regards to rehearsal.


5. What options do we have for our ceremony and reception? What if it rains?


We have over 11 acres of fields and gardens on our property which may be used as a backdrop for a perfect wedding. Our many options include our private Ceremony Garden, our tree-lined Tea Garden, under our covered Pavilion, or in one of our lush fields. We always recommend a tent if you are considering a wedding during the months of May-October. We have partnered with a local tent company so our couples can reserve a back-up tent if desired.


6. What is the best way to deal with bugs and heat/cold that come with being outdoors in Florida?


Being in Central Florida and an outdoor venue, we do take measures to help our couples and their guests have as stress free a day as possible. We have industrial fans available which help with bugs and the heat. For the cooler months, we have patio heaters available for use. For all our weddings, we provide citronella tiki torches for the reception as well as citronella candles for the cocktail hour. We always recommend that our couples provide bug spray/lotion for their guests to apply when they arrive — any repellant with the active ingredient Picaridin is preferred over DEET.


7. Do you have a preferred vendors list? Is it an exclusive list?


Yes, we do have a preferred vendors list available upon request. For our DIY package, we have an open vendor policy with the exception of catering. You must use a caterer from our list to avoid being charged an outside-approved-caterer fee of $450. All caterers must provide copy of insurance prior to your event.


8. Do you allow alcohol on the property?


Yes, alcohol is absolutely allowed at your celebration here at Bramble Tree Estate. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.


9. Do you have any decor or rentals?


We have a variety of arches and arbors available for our couples to use. We are always adding more to our collection so please inquire for our most updated list.


10. How do I book a date for my wedding?

Simply give us a call or email us to set up a tour. We would love to show you around the estate and grounds. A visit will also help you visualize your special day. To secure your date, an $850 non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed contract.


11. Do you offer any discounts for intimate weddings or elopements?


We do offer special package rates for elopements and intimate weddings (less than 30 guests) on Mondays-Thursdays before 4pm. Please reach out to our team for more information.


12. Do you allow pets at the wedding?

Yes, we love it when couples have their fur babies as part of their weddings and we absolutely welcome it. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and have a handler with them at all times. Ask us about special pet sitting vendors for your wedding!


13. Can I book Bramble Tree Estate for a non-wedding celebration?

Absolutely! We love all celebrations and have hosted everything from vow renewals, bridal showers, baby showers, quinceañeras, and graduation parties, to corporate events. If you would like to host an event here, please contact us for a quote.
